Shocking Busines Practices!!

Phoned and spoke to Patrick, I was calling on behalf of my mother-in-law. I was quoted for a good quality battery with a 2 year warranty. I asked my MIL to send me a photo of the battery they had put in. Turned out it was a lower quality battery with a 1 year warranty. When I called to confront them, they said they would put in the battery they had originally quoted me on, but wanted R400 more. I was so furious that they had tried to take advantage of an older woman. I told them to come and remove the battery entirely and went to another company. Shocking business practices!
