Never and never go here.

I just got back to jhb from a long trip and my Willard's battery was leaking, I stopped by this place to ask for advise and get a new battery if need be

The guy who helped me seemed like he didn't want to assist me,

He then started making up stuff about my care thinking I don't understand the terminology and how my car works and how a battery work which I corrected him, he was very misinformed about the products he sells and making up *** to get me to go away.

I asked what causes the battery to leak and asked many questions to understand why this happened, which the guy got anoyed at me and started shouting at me asking me what do I want from him.

So I walked inside the shop and spoke to the apparent manager, while the previous guy carried on shouting at me.

So I got fed up and asked if this how clients get spoken to and walk out along with another client who witnessed this.

They lost two cash customers in 5 minutes.

To top it off, the manager allowed this to happen and didn't do anything about it.

In the attached picture you can see both just standing there careless and not worried .
