refusal to replace battery bought under warranty

i am very dissatisfied and apalled by the service received at BatterMania branch Mitchells Plain ***). i was at the branch on the 14/03/2015 with a Willard battery that a purchased on 29/03/2014 with a 1 year warranty / gaunrantee after my vehicle had difficult starting issues and eventually didnt start at all. the necessary checks was done and i was simply advised to \see how my car"would drive and then come back.<br> For the remainder of that week i was imobile and had to commute as my would not start with a dead Willard battery. i returned to the shop on 21/03/2015"
