Very bad service and terrible attitude

On the 30th of July 2021 I went to the Battery Man in Springs Gauteng at no 111 Second Street and bought my motorbike's battery, 5/6 months down the line I took the battery back because it was giving me a problem it didn't last for a week, they tested the battery and told me the battery is fine and told me if I park the bike for too long I should remove one terminal but still I was experiencing the problem, I took it back again but this time I was riding my bike they tested the battery again and then tested my bike, they told me my bike is not charging properly I took the bike in they changed the stator and voltage reducer I spent a lot of money the bike returned last week but still I was experiencing the problem with the battery, I took the battery back they told me the battery is faulty and there's nothing they can do about it because it's over the 12 month period, I asked him why he didn't change the battery before he said he is sorry, I told him I had spent so much on a bike that is not broken he said there's nothing he can do about it if I'm not happy I must take him to court
