Paid R900 for relloaded 1 year guarantee battery

On the 8/4/16 I went to purchase a new battery at Mr battery the battery man.I was given a reloaded battery written someone else's name on it ,it's old and could see it's been used for boosting . I discovered that when I checked the pics I took while they were putting it.I returned the battery on the next morning and I was tormented after I told the manager about the problem he asked if I could explain the meaning of reloaded , I told him I don't need to do that I need a new battery with nobody's name on it. The security was asked to put the battery in my car & why not the qualified workers that was rude & inappropriate cause it was not busy it was early in the morning & I was the first customer. I've been given the 1 year reloaded battery again the difference is it never had someone's name on it.I feel ****med & underestimated cause I'm a women,I trusted this company I've been buying from them for 3 years and never been treated like this. I'm not comfortable with the battery I only buy & pay for quality.I still have the pictures thanks to my I phone . Poor service is something I fail to tolerate & comprehend . Will purchase my new battery at Battery Center or Toyota .
