Excellent and friendly service- 10 out of 10!!

<p>Hi there</p> <p>I just wanted to compliment the PMB branch staff on their EXCELLENT service. I visited the branch on 14/11/2016 for a battery test after having some issues when starting up my car. I was offered a free alternator and battery test by two very pleasant and friendly gentlemen who efficiently carried out both the tests and explained to me what the issue was. Turns out my new battery had been damaged as another individual had overfilled water into the battery without my knowledge. I purchased a new battery from the store immediately and the gentlemen fitted it on and also assisted me to clean up the acid which had spilled from the old battery. He carefully explained the guarantee to me as well. I am so grateful for the excellent service, i just had to share my experience!! Thanks a lot guys</p> <p>Regards</p>
