GUARANTEE NOT HONOURED

BATTERY FIX

I bought a complete inverter system with these batteries from Battery Fix and Solar (Mr Farouk), with one year guarantee on 28/7/21.

The batteries did not work within this guarantee period and according to Mr Faruk it is because of the load shedding , without any factory testing.

He also said that he had serious problems with battery returns and the supplier does not guarantee these batteries anymore.

I hereby urge people not to do business with this company as they do not honour their guarantee and I suspect then sells bad quality batteries.
