Battery Experts .... Experts at poor aftersales service.

I purchased two 6V 4.5amp Afribatt batteries from the the Glenashley branch about two months ago, both to be used in two identical Load shedding Lights, I followed their instruction re the charging for before using the lights. One of the Batteries after only two months would not take a charge. We dropped it off with them and explained what had happened, they said they would put it on charge and phone us once they had tested it, after nearly two weeks of no response I phoned them, the sales person stated that the battery would not take a charge and that there must have been a short ....... and that there was no warranty on the battery, he was uninterested & dismissive, I asked to speak to the Manager , who I was supposedly put through to, it rang for about 4 minutes, I hung up and redialled , and then was told by the same sales person that the manager was not in ......, I asked that he phone me back and left my number ...... still waiting.
