Battery Experts - excellent service.

I ordered a couple of batteries from Battery Experts on-line store and their courier company kept me well informed of delivery time. However, the batteries did not perform as well as previous batteries, so I contacted Battery Experts ( Durban office ) telephonically to explain the problem. Within minutes, the assistant offered to replace the batteries with a higher specification and with a much reduced price, including delivery. A quote was promptly received, paid and acknowledged. This is the kind of service that makes one stay with a supplier.
