Bad Attitude and refusal to honour warranty.

I purchased a battery from the supplier on 12 May 14 wit an 18 month warranty . On 23 Nov 15 the battery failed. Upon approaching the supplier on 24 Nov 15 I was informed that they won't help me and should've come in last week. When I asked if they could assist and perhaps contact the agents to query the warranty, I was told \it's not worth my while". The only offer tgat I received was to \""sell me\"" a new battery. I expressed my disgust and left. I contacted the agents who immediately informed me that the warranty would be honoured as it was still in the 18th month.I brought the battery to them.
