Battery Crew SA worst battery center ever very unprofessional

I experienced the worst verbal abuse from the manager now. I called to have a battery installed asap on my car for R2000. I said it was a bit pricey and they negotiated down to R1850. The worker who was supposed to be on his way said he sent me wattsapp messages but I didn't receive it called brightly. I called another man who slammed the phone on my ear for saying " I cannot hear you and I will not help you". I then called the Manger again and he misunderstood me and verbally abused his worker and me o the phone and said I must basically f off and slammed the phone on my ear too. This is such unprofessionalism. I HIGHLY not recommend this business at all to anyone they have sever anger issues and no respect. My rigjts remain reserved
