Terrible service

I am still waiting for them to call me in order to resolve my problem with the battery that i bought from them. Mazda advised that they should have advised me to but duratech battery.They initially told me they can get the battery from one of their stores and when i went there fornthe second time i was told they dont have the battery, the manager will call me and to date they have not yet called me, so disppointed
