Just not impressed with Battery Clinic!!!!!!!!!

so I am going to make a long story short. I had a battery replaced in 2001 Toyota Corolla earlier this year (+- April) Battery Clinic Pinetown (nolan) was the most affordable provider at the time and they even went the extra mile by coming out to my premises to check on the problem with the battery a weeks later. It had been suggested that I might need a new regulator, so i proceeded in purchasing an expensive BOSCH regulator, which my husband and myself had fitted to the vehicle following fitment instructions from the RELIABLE COMPANY who I purchased the regulator from. Battery Clinic advised that I should get a Auto Electrician out to come and test the vehicle and find out why the battery is overcharging and do a full check in case. Not knowing any one reliable, I was referred to Gary from "GK Auto" who Battery Clinic uses on a regular basis and refers their customers to on a regular basis (as he is affordable and not a ******* HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA) well I call Gary he comes out to my house, assessed the car and tells me my alternator needs to be reconditioned (or we can buy a new one, but a bit more expensive). So even though we had fitted the brand new regulator Gary still took the vehicle to recondition the alternator. I collected my vehicle from "GK AUTO" on 1.4.2017, vehicle driving nicely no problems. so to my surprise, my vehicle breaks down again 11.8.2017 with smoke coming out the vehicle and i am forced to go to a mechanic again, the mechanic shows me the very cheap shoddy quality regulator placed in my vehicle, so already i am fuming as I spent +-R600 in April to have this replaced. so to my surprise, "GK AUTO" had taken my BOSCH REGULATOR out of my vehicle and replaced it with a R70 regulator (which i have photographic evidence of) To our surprise, the alternator had also not been reconditioned, my mechanic was nice enough to show me the difference between a reconditioned alternator and a alternator not reconditioned (still have photos of this) So now I am in for a further R650 i paid to recondition my alternator, WHICH WAS NEVER DONE. now i bought a new regulator R600, paid to recondition my alternator R650 and now, guess what , my battery is fried, so ANOTHER R700 so long story short not to mention the damage to the body of my vehicle from the acid frying the paint.

I contact Nolan from battery Clinic hoping he will assist me in recovering the cost of my brand new regulator as well as the costs incurred for the "reconditioning" of my alternator. After days of communication and begging BATTERY Clinic -NOLAN & OWNER SHUVEN for assistance in recovering the R1950 spent on the above, I was told "THE BATTERY LOST ITS GUARANTEE DUE TO OVERCHARGING AND SPITTING THE BATTERY ACID OUT". NICE ONE BATTERY CLINIC. So i used GK AUTO (which i can't find as a registered company) because Battery Clinic said he is reliable , trustworthy and won't rip me off. so after using a provider recommended by Battery Clinic, this to me is a provider who stole from me, **********ly charged me for repairs carried out to my vehicle and then , when the paw paw hit the fan, what does Nolan do, basically tells me to ****** off. So I also attempted to contact Gary in getting my regulator and money back, but immediately he threatens me with court cases and carries on with extreme bad language (which I will never ever want to repeat as it was severely vulgar) telling me I could've taken photos of anyone's vehicle, the reconditioning was done and there is no longer a guarantee on the workmanship as same has now expired, . I gave Gary a chance to return my regulator and money, over the phone and by sms, but till date nothing. I did give Battery Clinic and GK auto an opportunity to "FIX THIS" but they could not be bothered, thus I am now taking the matter to the motor ombudsman and Battery Clinic Head office SO PEOPLE BEWARE, DO NOT TRUST THE WORD OF LOGAN FROM BATTERY CLINIC if ever they refer you to GK Auto and you rely on your vehicle and want your vehicle back in one piece fitted with all its's original components, RUN and RUN FAST.

I'VE TRIED FINDING THE SUPPOSEDLY REGISTERED GK AUTO, WELL, NOTHING FOUND. GARY FROM "GK AUTO" WORKS FROM HIS PRIVATE RESIDENCE IN PINETOWN AND IN MY EYES, IS EVERYTHING BUT A TRUSTWORTHY PERSON !!!!!!!!
