False, empty promises/Adverti*****t!

On Friday afternoon, I reacted on an ad that these people placed, of recon battery's, of R299. I phoned the manager, and he explained that he do have in stock, and that they give warrantee, AND, that if I drive with the battery, and I am not happy, I can exchange after two weeks, if not happy!!!! ....then the BUT...he said the battery's is now R490!! I confirmed that I will pop in Saturday, 2nd April for a battery on my beach buggy!! On arrival Saturday....after waiting a long time, they attend. The employee, testing my battery, first off al, said that my battery is ..\fine\". The manager, disappeared to do shopping...Then my Buggy won't start, now the employee, ran for a tester, and said, \"ok, its dead!!! Okay...then I said, good, give me a recon then!! He rep**** by saying, \"we only keep 3 battery's and do not have stock, we only got new for R890! What a way of doing business! The same happen to 2x other customers, the difference, the charge the bloke next to me R1500!! We were all upset!! The manager did not came to me, 'cause I guarded my buggy, 'cause they work on the pavement!! My wife went inside to tell him what she think!! He just stood there, watching through the window!"
