Daylight ******* Battery Clinic Ontdekkers

I am super frustrated and feeling ****** by Battery Clinic Ontdekkers. I Bought a Recon Battery from them 07 November 2022. I did the tests and was given a 6 month guarantee.

3 months later in March. I borrowed a battery and visited the branch to complain as it was still under warranty and ask for a replacement battery as I had been encountering multiple breakdowns due to battery failure which resulted in insurance call out for a jump start or tow. They took the battery for a bit and told me they had ran a test and it is not faulty. I insisted that they give me a replacement and I was told it is not possible as it passed their test. I left came home and put the battery on a charger to use. In May I went back again and was told there is no record of my complaint and battery is a month out of warranty. They tested it and put it on the charger. I have had to rely on Kickstarting the car eversince which has now resulted in other damages. I am now having to buy another battery and they say they can only give me R100 for the trade in whereas I was sold a faulty battery from the onset. This is daylight *******. I now sit without a battery as they are not willing to compromise and meet me half way. Please be careful ladies when you buy batteries alone.
