Battery Clinic Roodepoort sells poor quality batteries!!!

I have had three batteries installed from Battery Clinic Roodepoort. All the batteries were new and not reconditioned units. Two batteries on the one car and one on the other. The batteries would not be able to start the cars after sitting for three days. I had the cars inspected by Battery Clinic Roodepoort after we experienced these problems and they could not find any problems with the cars or the batteries. After taking the cars to Battery Clinic Roodepoort numerous times I got fed up with them and demanded a refund.

I went to Autozone and got a battery from them and never had another issue with this car not starting after standing for three or more days!!

On the second car, Battery Clinic informed me that the warranty on this particular battery lapsed since it is 14 months since we bought the battery and the battery had a warranty of 12 months. Within the warranty period the car has been to them numerous times with the complaint of not starting after the car stood for as little as three days. As far as I am aware, Battery Clinic is the only company that insist you bring your car in for regular checks. I was informed by the sales lady of Battery Clinic Roodepoort that this is a contributing factor of them not honouring the warranty.

It will appear that the batteries Battery Clinic provides is of an inferior quality.

Rather go to Autozone, they gave me a 24-month warranty on the battery and the batteries at Autozone are cheaper.

I am very disappointed with Battery Clinic's batteries and their customer service after we started complaining about their poor quality batteries.
