Bad customer service

The randburg battery clinic. The manager was rude and disrespectful. We had a problem with car battery which we bought in March and still under warranty took it back as the battery was giving problems. We took it in at 2:17pm on Friday afternoon to have it checked out and changed. They changed the battery and told us they will charge our battery and get back to us the same day. We did not hear from them. They then pjoeb at 10:41 Saturday morning were as I work and am busy with a client to tell me there is nothing wrong with our battery and give us no indication to when we need to bring back the other battery. And then phones at 12:50 to force us to bring it back by 1pm other wise they will charge us. We told them I'm on my way the manager told me I will have to change my own battery. We arrived at the shop and nobody was in sight. I took photos of my car standing at the shop with time and left voice note on machine.
