DO NOT BUY FIRST BATTERY CENTRE RAYLITE BATTERIES FOR YOUR BMW

I bought a battery from First Battery Centre in Kempton Park in October 2023 for my BMW F30 and were told the battery has 3 year warranty. In April 2024 the battery started giving problems. I took it back to them and they took it and recharged for about a week. On the 25/07/2024 I took the battery back to them as it was giving me problems again. I experienced poor service and were told the battery is dead has scratches so there is no warranty anymore. I was surprised because it is them who installed and removed the battery. I will not advise anyone with BMW to buy their Raylite batteries.
