Worst service ever!

I ordered two pairs of sneakers on the 20th of Dec 2022 I go them the 23rd of December 2022 the sizes were wrong I then contacted them via whatsaap to get an exchange Ithey responded by saying the courier will getbin touch with me for pick up.. Last week I contacted them again and yesterday same answer. I'm still waiting for them to contact me... I even wrote an email to them directly never goba respond... what kind of service is this? I
