worst experience with BATHU

i have never been so dissapointed in my life, ordered my sneakers on the 19th of December2025 i have not received my order. My problem is that the sneaker that I ordered has been out of stock for very long time. That meant i could not order right. My question is at why did they make the sneaker available if it was still out of stock? I don't understand someone make me understand m so frustrated at their lack of communication.
