Worst Customer Service Ever

I placed an order on 6 Dec’22 it’s now the 20th and still nothing. Their customer service is a joke. When I call thier number I cannot go through to customer care. The answering machine keep repeating the menu and nothing else. Even if you press the option to speak to someone nothing happens. This sucks
