What a bad horrible customer service.

Went to a branch in Savannah Mall Polokwane. On the screen within the shop there was a 21% discount promotion. You will get if you buy online. Went online while on the shop and could not get the promotion. This morning I called customer service and spoke to a lady who said she is referring me to her manager. She dropped my call and after that I could not get through. Wow. Thanks for that so it makes me wonder should I have a problem with the shoe will I get help.
