Unhappy with Bathu SA

The Baths SA Pretoria central branch has given the poorest customer service. From 10 a.m, customers were told that new stock will be delivered and we waited the whole day, with no updates on the arrival of the stock. People coming from different areas, taking different modes of transport to their homes. The staff just sits by the counter and chat, not checking up on customers.
