Unhappy n disappointed customer

Good day my name is Boitumelo I bought a Khalanga black and orange sneaker which costed R1500 mid Jan 2024 online purchase.. Aftr 3 mnths the rubber of the sole at the back came off. I send an email to Bathu they sent courier guy to come fetch the shoes which I didn't have that day so they informed that I can return the shoe to any Bathu store which I did, I took the shoes to Sandton city a guy by the name of Lethabo told me that they can't help me cause I purchased the shoe online which I didn't understand why.. they will inform online people abt my query, online people will communicate with me. Two days after that got an email from MBALI Masango telling me that the shoes has been worn and they can't be able to do anything about it.. As I told the lady that I was more concerned about the quality of the shoes which was worn less than 3 months. They informed me that the courier guy will return the shoe back to me as they did.. Was nt happy with the service I received from Bathu
