The Worst service ever

I placed an order online and 5 minutes later I contact them to update order, same shoe, same size just a different colour which I have confirmed that is available on that size and they tell me it cannot be done because the shoe is on sale... how is that even service.. literally 5 minutes after placing the order!!!!
