Terrible Service

It took a whole month for Bathu SA to deliver my sneakers,I ordered online and they give you an option of free delivery which they say takes a maximum of 5 days, I opted for express shippong which cost me R850.00 but received my order a month later, to top it off, 2 of the 3 sneakers I ordered are the wrong size.Before my order was delivered I reached out to them via phone,email, insta and twitter but I never got a response,thwy only got back to me today on twitter after my order was delivered, I'm even scared to send back the wrong sized sneakers as I read other people's reviews that they sent back the wrong sizes but didn't receive the correct ones. I'm NEVER EVER buying from them again as their customer service is terrible .They have definitely lost a customer in me and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
