Terrible Frustrating Customer Service

Bathu has a very bad tendency of ignoring any form of communication. They have an online store that they advertise on social media. I ordered and paid for a pair of sneakers and cleaner total amount of R970.00. It's been a full week i don't have any communication from them regarding the order number or delivery status. The telephone rings unanswered, the watsapp texts unanswered, facebook messenger also not responded. My very first communication was via email i thought they would be professional and respond 3 emails later i am still waiting.
