Still waiting for delivery (8 working days later)

I was so happy to have raised enough funds in order to purchase Bathu shoes for my mom and myself , purchased them online on 28 Dec 2020 (Saturday ). I was then told that delivery will take place between 3-5 days , latest date being Friday the 4th. Today is the 9th and i still do not have my shoes. Worst service ever , when i call customer care there is no answer . Sometimes customer care answers by i keep on being transferred to different people until they hang up on me.
