Good day my name is Nomthandazo I need your assistance. On the 30 November 2024 I bought 4 pairs of shoes online at Bathu. I received my order by courier guy but it was only 2 pairs instead of 4 pairs. I told the courier guy that I have ordered 4 pairs and his response was he only received 2 pairs from Bathu to deliver to me. I took the 2 pairs and when I was about to call Bathu an email from Bathu came in saying the 4 pairs of shoes has been delivered to me. I responded to the mall and tell them I only received 2 pairs instead of 4 pairs. They responded and say they will follow up with their employees when they are back from leave on 6 January 2025 and will me feedback. On the 10th I send a follow up email they respond and confirm that my only 2 pairs was delivered to me and the they do further investigation and provide me feedback. I have been sending follow up emails to Buthu customer service they are ignoring my emails up until now. It's been 2 months now I'm not getting any answers from them of what happened to the other 2 pairs of shoes that I didnt get. Please assist
