Savanna mall bathu store poor service by mpahlele

I had the most disappointing service at savannah mall store through the guy called mpahlele after i called and send the email to the store asking them if they have the type of shoe design im looking for the guy called mpahlele told me they have my shoe and after driving to their shop for more than 90kilos and after queing to get inside for over an hour we are told they have no shoe we looking for,is not only frastating but time consuming and unecesarry traveling coat im really disappointed
