Rude staff

I understand that it’s busy and all but the was an employee spoke to me when I came with the shoe from the floor to show him what I wanted and sizes was rude telling me that I should remove shoes from the floor I need to call and point out the shoe I want as there are customers that need to see the shoes I felt like leaving the store without buying at that point I was buying 3 pairs for the amount of R4000
