RUDE DRIVER

I would like to lay a complain regarding your driver Walter who came to deliver my shoes, I called the customer service department and spoke to Donald regarding my delivery and he immediately called the driver who was very rude and upon arrival he didn't even greet me. He came and said to me give me the code???

I am a dissatisfied customer and would like to escalate this matter to management for poor customer service I received from your driver.
