Refund and Staff attitude

I am very disappointed with the service i received from Bathu, i ordered sneakers on the 3rd of January and i followed up on 10th of January following up on my order they told me it was still coming, on the 15th of January i received a call saying that they do not have the sneakers anymore. i asked for my refund. Today is the 12th of February and i have not received my refund every time i call its a different story. i Spoke to one of the gents there didn't get his name, he has a disgusting attitude speaking over me and not allowing me to speak. i have done a number of purchases from them and after this i will not be ordering ever again.
