REFUND

Bathu have the worse customer service I’ve ever experience , I mean I ordered a pair of sneakers from them on the 21st of November 2019 and paid by cellphone banking from my FNB account to their account . they received money immediately because they also using FNB . after a week I send them an email asking them when are they going to deliver , they told me they haven’t received any payment from me I must send through proof of payment which I did from my cellphone , after that they send me an sms & email telling me that my order is been canceled due to my request , which I don’t know anything about , and I’ve been refunded my money , that was on the 27th of November. Still today am waiting for money I’ve send them emails and they don’t respond anymore I tried calling them still they don’t respond, I want my R1700.00 which is my money and I want it now .
