Refund

How i wish i visited hello peter before ordering bathu online. The online service is appalling. Ordered online on the 26th November 2019 and paid immediately after. While waiting to hear from them, on the 30th i received an email stating that my order was canceled and refunded due to the request i made. Shocking because i didn't make that request. Countless unfruitful email conversations, Not forgetting the call center. Even today I'm still waiting for the money that was apparently refunded to me.

Don't take your customers for granted. One customer Too many.
