Refund

Bathu SA dont respect customers. I ordered two sneakers on the 18th December 2018. And I was told that it takes two days for delivery. I waited and waited every time I call I will be told that the parcel has been taken to the Postnet. Only on the 3rd January when I call again I was told they dont have the sizes I ordered. And that I must send through my banking details for refund. Today I still haven't receive my money every day when I call its a different excuse. I just want my money that's all.
