Poor service at #Bathu_sa store in Mthatha from a Sibulele Rashana

Highly disappointed as my sister was treated unfairly by a Sibulele Rashana who works for the Bathu Branch in Mthatha at Ngebs Mall on the 08th of April2022 . The disrespect took place when my sister and I went to purchase 2 pairs of Bathu and this guy had a nasty attitude and when we tried to reprimand him of his behaviour and how he was talking to my sister he had no care and went on ,I then went on to say that I will report the matter of which he offered to write his name for me out of spite, during all of this I took time to speak with one of his core workers who mentioned in passing that he is favoured by the manager hence he behaves anyhow ...my sister had hoped to purchase another pair but is now still hurt by what transpired that day and has asked me to report the matter and hoping that Sibulele Rashana apologizes for how he behaved ..I hope that he gets dealt with ,he is bad for business and is chasing away customers !!.
