Poor service

They don’t even deserve this one star!!! Worst service ever. Returned a shoe on the 23rd of July at the Canal Walk store. Today is the 27th of August and I haven’t received my refund. They keep on promising and they only communicate when I contact them!!!! Worst worst worst don’t even waste your money with them!!!!
