Poor service

Just experienced a poor service by their head office, bought bathu sneakers as a present for someone, the sneakers wasn't glued properly, now they say they can't help me, I have even offered to pay but they refused..I won't recommend them to anyone who wants peace of mind..I will never visit them again..
