Poor service

I would never order or buy from Bathu again I've been waiting for my online order for more than a week, my order was placed on the 17th of November 2022...I've been checking my order via whatsapp it say unfulfilled order, I've also called them numerous times and they told me that my order will be sent in the next business day and they gave me assurance but they failed to deliver it.I ordered on the 17th of November I'm still waiting. Their consultant don't tell the truth at all, after sending them emails that I'm not happy with their service asking for refund they then sent me an email stating that my parcel is on the way which is yesterday Saturday 26th of November 2022 still haven't received it. I'm very disappointed because my nephew was supposed to wear the sneaker in his function at school and it has passed. Support the local business they say.
