Poor quality on sneakers

I bought a paid of sneakers on the 25 of November 2022, on a Friday as excited as I was I wore it at a friend's birthday party and everyone was giving me a compliment on those ***y yellow sneakers. The next thing it start ls raining and I had to go back home n I happened to step on water with black soul on it. The next day I tried washing the sneakers and the water with mud had dried on the inside and now I can't seem to remove it... I mean what kind of quality sneakers do u guys sell? I mean I should be able to wash it off but the dirty water is stuck inside. I'm very disappointed n I'll never advise any of my friends to but their products I would rather get a Puma or Nike sneaker.
