Poor customer service

I am a bit disappointed about the service am experiencing with bathu

I was expecting my order I never received it. When I phoned the courier company they said the truck was hijacked.

I must phone the supplier and ask for replacement I think this is ridiculous. I must phone bathu and I ask for a replacement they do not answer on whatsapp they don't pick phone calls I paid them 1500 plus the delivery fee whis is 160
