Poor customer service

I have had the worst service with Bathu. I made an online order on the 25th October 2019 and I haven't received my parcel a month later. I have called the countless times and they never pick up, I have sent emails and direct messages to their social media pages and no communication has been received from them. They take their customers for granted.
