Poor Customer Service

I placed an order on 15 Dec 2022 it’s now the 23 Dec 2022 and still nothing. Their customer service pathetic. You cant get through to anyone to enquire about your order, you are told delivery takes 2-5 days (working days). I called their customer service and waited for 5 minutes to be assisted and I could not get any help. The answering machine keep repeating the menu and nothing else. Even if you press the option to speak to someone nothing happens. They are not responding to my emails. I sent them whatsapp messages and still no response. This is really pathetic.
