Poor client service

I am so disappointed with the online sale of the company, we made a purchase online and we were instructed to make payments into fnb account and send proof of payment stating the ref number, all that was done.

It has been over 6 weeks the payment been done and items are still to be delivered, follow up was done on WhatsApp still no one bothers to respond.
