Order still not received after a month

I placed an order with Bathu on the 06th May 2020. Till today i have not received my order, instead the keep sending me emails to forward my proof of payment. Of which i did 3 times already. Instead of sending my order they tell me my order is cancelled without any explanation. Ive been waiting since to either receive my order. When you call their call center it automatically drops your call. Mad is an understatement right now regarding how i feel.
