Order Missing

Good day

I ordered 2 bathu sneakers online and paid them right, well i got my order and only 1 pair was delivered, I then asked the courier guy if his sure that he was given 1 pair and he said yes. i then called The Bathu stores and no answer, I called from different phone through out Friday, sent countless email and even reached them on Instagram and Dmed the founder and still no feedback.

I'm really disappointed in their customer services. I wish that I have read the reviews before ordering. I would for them to deliver the other other or refund me.

I ordered online cause am avoiding the queue and there is this deadly virus on top of it all.

They say we must support Local businesses but this is what we get from doing that.
