No Response from Bathu when querying order delivery.

I bought a pair of shoes from Bathu just to first test the experience. It was a good experience with the delivery even being made earlier. I have since placed another Order BT534905 for 2 pairs of shoes on the 28th November. I received an email saying that the order had been received and was being processed. No delivery as yet. Since then I have not been able to receive another update. The Track your order is useless. This is what you get: Your order is confirmed You’ll receive an email when your order is ready. Order updates You’ll get shipping and delivery updates by email.

The contact number repeats options 1, 2, and 3 and then just continues repeating them with out transferring to anyone for assistance. With such big advertising for your products, surely your customer service can be a lot better.
