NO customer service

poor service and communication from BATHU.. you cant get through to anyone to enquire about your order, you are told delivery takes 2-5 days (working days) its the 2nd week now i haven't received a order/parcel i bought online as yet which is a gift for my son for Christmas... this is really poor service never again...
