Money taken but no shoes

I have Made an online order it’s been weeks now no communication and I haven’t got my order I regret buying bathu online the don’t respond to emails they don’t answer the phone their WhatsApp they don’t answer also o won’t recommend bathu to anyone the service I got it’s bad am still waiting for my shoes but my money is gone
